DURABOOK annonces U11I, the latest iteration of 11.6″ display Fully Rugged Tablet. Significant upgrades have been made to U11I which now comes with the latest Intel® Kaby Lake Y-Series CPU and LPDDR3 system memory for un-paralleled performance. U11I comes with 11.6” LCD FullHD 1920×1080 resolution, with readable sunlight option and multi touch capacitive touch screen integrated into a lightweight, fully fanless aluminum alloy housing with 72″ (1.8mt. approx.) drop resistance. To guarantee robustness, the tablet U11I provides IP65 protection and complies with military standards MIL STD 810G and MIL STD 461G as well as having extended operation from -20 to +60 ° C. The U11I tablet integrates an M2 format solid-state drive and features extensive I/O ports such as USB 3.0, GbE, mDP, RS-232 and 3x RF pass through for WLAN, GPS and WWAN connectivity, which together with the removable hot battery make it ideal for industrial applications in harsh environments.
