Oring announced full-Gigabit industrial Ethernet switch featuring two 10G uplink ports to offer a more cost-effective solution for connections between the field site and control center. The IGS-9822DGP+ industrial Ethernet switch provide a combination of ports in different speeds to better address customers’ needs. Alongside eight 1G copper ports, the switch also offer two 2.5G and two 10G ports in SPF mode. The 10G ports can be used as uplink ports for devices in field sites. The 2.5G ports are ideal for connecting with 2.5G Aps which have seen increased adoption. The combination of 2.5G and 10G ports makes the switch a perfect bridge between wireless and wired networks, especially in an IP surveillance setting. Compared to most industrial Ethernet switches with 10G uplink on market, the compact form factor of the IGS-9822DGP+ not only saves space but also provides more flexibility during installation. As with most of Oring’s industrial Ethernet switches, the IGS-9822DGP+ support a variety of network redundancy protocols, including Oring’s proprietary O-Ring and O-Chain technology. With high-bandwidth uplinks, a high-port density, and SFP support, the IGS-9822DGP+ prove to be cost-effective solutions capable of transmitting data to servers and storage devices over long distances at a high speed.

ADLINK Technology today released new CompactPCI 2.0 processor blades cPCI-3630 a 3U CompactPCI board featuring the 64-bit Intel Atom Processor X Series SoC (formerly Apollo Lake-I) and up to 8GB soldered DDR3L-1600 MHz ECC memory. The Intel Atom® Processor X Series integrates the low-power 9th generation graphics engine and provides excellent graphics, media and display support. Available in single-slot (4HP) or dual-slot (8HP) width form factors, the cPCI-3630 utilizes various daughter boards to provide a broad range of I/O functionality. ADLINK announces Express-CF/CFE the first COM Express COM.0 R3.0 Basic Size Type 6 module supporting the Hexa-core (6 cores) 64-bit 8th Generation Intel Core™ and Xeon processor (codename “Coffeelake-H”) with Mobile Intel QM370, HM370, CM246 Chipset. These Hexa-core processors support up to 12 threads (Intel Hyper-Threading Technology) as well as an impressive turbo boost of up to 4.4GHz. The Express-CF/CFE has up to three SODIMM sockets supporting up to 48GB of DDR4 memory while still fully complying with PICMG COM.0 mechanical specifications.
