AWS EVO: 11th Gen Intel Xeon Processor Mission Computers
GOMA RUGGED SOLUTIONS announces the latest AWS EVO, the high-performance rugged Mission Computer designed for heavy edge workloads and multimedia applications, now available with the 11th Gen Intel Xeon W Processor (Tiger Lake), providing a high-end SWaP-C optimized computing platform renowned for its exceptional overall performance. AWS EVO features three independent video outputs (2x HDMI + 1x VGA). Its input/output ports include Audio, 4x Gigabit Ethernet ports, 4x input discrete, 2x USB 3.0 ports, and 4x USB 2.0 ports, along with PS/2 and 4x configurable COM ports.
The AWS EVO Mission Computer offers several storage options, including an internal Msata module, a Type II Cflash slot accessible from the rear panel, and two hot-swappable SATA bays suitable for the installation of two 2.5″ SSDs with RAID and Secure Erase options. An internal MiniPCI Express slot is available for further expansion as an alternative to the mSATA option. Notably, the AWS EVO has been successfully tested to run Windows 11, ensuring support for next-generation operating systems. Furthermore, it features a fanless design with no external airflow requirements and is design to meet MIL-STD-810G certifications and qualified according to RTCA/DO-160G standards.
